With a trauma-informed, feminist, and anti-racist lens, Valerie ensures her practice is inclusive, empowering, and culturally sensitive.

She’s a foodie with a love for Indian cuisine, a fun night out with loved ones, and planning her next big travel adventure. Her adventurous, relatable vibe adds a refreshing energy to every session—because therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore. It’s a space for growth, healing, and sometimes even a little joy.
