Dr. Vinita Puri is a Registered Social Worker and Accredited Family Mediator with a PhD in Psychology and over a decade of experience supporting individuals, families, and groups. With additional expertise in Ayurvedic Digestion and Nutrition, Criminological Research, and Social Work, she brings a holistic and culturally informed approach to therapy. Vinita specializes in helping clients navigate trauma, cross-cultural challenges, relationship difficulties, and personal growth. She integrates principles of Ayurveda and Yoga to foster resilience and self-discovery.
