As a young adult transitioning in your academic or professional journey, it’s not unusual to encounter challenges that hold you back from feeling confident, empowered and resilient. You might be experiencing significant pressure, fear, or overwhelm, or dealing with stress, burnout, and low-self esteem. Stefania understands the complexity of your challenges and is here to support you in navigating the highs and lows of your experiences and adjust to new challenges. Her goal is to help you recognize your strengths, empower you to be your authentic self, and develop sustainable strategies to work through your difficulties together.
Stefania believes in a collaborative approach to therapy, while respecting that you are the expert of your own life and life experiences. Together, you’ll explore your concerns and emotions, and develop meaningful goals that best suit your needs. Stefania will remain open and curious as you share your story and struggles, and encourages you to bring your whole self to session. She’s committed to creating a warm, caring and empathetic space that prioritizes connection and builds trust.
Beyond sessions, Stefania can be found exploring hiking trails, seeing new places, or trying a new coffee shop! Stefania also enjoys spending time with her friends and family, getting creative in the kitchen, listening to podcasts and loves to travel!
