Rehana has 15 years of valuable experience overseas and in Calgary. She works with individuals, families, and groups facing depression, stress, anxiety, relationship conflicts, domestic violence, anger issues, and bereavement. She is proficient in multicultural counselling and understands the obstacles that new immigrants to Canada face.
Rehana uses cognitive behavioural therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing in her counselling approach. She is respectful and sensitive to your cultural needs.
Rehana understands that your journey is unique. She’ll work with you to activate your personal strengths and reach your goals.
