Q&A

What would you say to a friend struggling with a mental health issue?
A problem shared is a problem half-solved. Remember, you don’t have to do it all alone.
What do you do to take care of your own mental health?
I practice self-care, exercise regularly, play a few sports, socialize, spend quality time with family and friends, seek advice from senior colleagues, and ensure I check on my mood regularly.
What is a motto or idea that gives you reassurance when you’re having a difficult time?
“Nothing is impossible when I put my heart into it.”
