Michelle has over 15 years of experience supporting individuals with anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationships, and grief and loss. She will work collaboratively with you to ensure your needs and goals guide your therapeutic process. She works from a client-centred and strengths-based perspective. Michelle incorporates experience in solution-focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness to tailor treatment to your specific needs. Michelle will support you to change unhelpful or negative thinking and engage in actions that improve your mood and relationships. Michelle can understand and support complex emotions, and help you to incorporate self-care and compassion into your daily life.
Outside of sessions, Michelle can be found spending most of her time with her family. She also enjoys listening to music, spending time walking in nature, and savouring a good meal.
