Lauren is here to support you with stress, anxiety, depression, and substance use.
Lauren supports ambitious young adults and professionals who find themselves stuck in a loop of anxiety and substance use. You might be juggling high expectations, racing thoughts, or a growing dependence on unhealthy coping strategies—just to get through the day. Lauren gets how draining it can be to feel like you're always on the brink, striving to hold it all together. She’s here to help you break that cycle, manage the overwhelm, and build tools that bring you back into control of your life. Her focus is on helping you regulate your emotions, reduce anxiety, and create a version of life that actually feels sustainable—and maybe even joyful.
Outside of sessions, Lauren loves a mix of exploration and relaxation. She enjoys staying active, trying new restaurants, and making memories with friends, but also knows the value of recharging. Whether she’s unwinding with a great mystery novel, cooking up something new in the kitchen, or relaxing at home with her cat, she prioritizes balance—making space for both connection and rest.
