Laura is a social worker with 12 years of experience working with diverse populations in the community, specializing in serious mental health, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, addiction, and life transitions. She practices from a nonjudgmental, client-centred, trauma-informed lens, offering integrative, generalist services that draw on techniques from multiple therapy models. Laura creates an environment of compassion and support to help individuals, couples, and families overcome obstacles, move forward, and thrive.
Outside of her sessions, Laura is a mother of two older sons! She loves bodybuilding and studying health and fitness. She enjoys spending time on the lake jet skiing with her sons or relaxing by a bonfire with good music. Laura lives her life with a passion for learning and follows the motto "Carpe Diem," believing life can be wonderful when we are mindful and open to what’s in front of us.
