As a young person in today’s world, you face considerable pressures that can make day-to-day life challenging. You might be dealing with stress and burnout at school or work, or experiencing fear, worry, and overwhelm in important areas of your life. These experiences can be challenging and sometimes make you feel alone. Kyle understands the courage it takes to ask for support. He is here to walk alongside you as you navigate these present challenges. His goal is to create a safe and grounded space where you can begin to address these concerns in a way that honours your authentic self and incorporates your strengths, values, and lived experiences.
In his free time, Kyle enjoys spending time in the kitchen trying out new recipes. He’s more of a cook than a baker and believes food is a beautiful way to celebrate culture and connection. He also deeply appreciates the outdoors and enjoys going for nature walks with his dog, Meeko. Additionally, Kyle has a passion for art and creativity and has recently discovered a newfound hobby in pottery and ceramics.
