Right for you if

You’re constantly showing up for others—at work, at home, or as a parent—but inside you feel overwhelmed, anxious, and like you’re running on fumes.

Your brain never shuts off. You’re juggling expectations, mental checklists, and the invisible load of everyday life, even when you're supposed to be resting.

You know something has to shift, but slowing down feels unfamiliar, or even uncomfortable. You’re used to powering through.

You’re craving a space that’s just for you—to feel seen, supported, and start building real tools to feel more grounded and in control.

Julian supports individuals who feel stuck—whether you’re in the middle of a major life shift or just exhausted by the steady weight of everyday demands. You might be navigating a new identity as a parent, feeling disconnected at work, or simply overwhelmed by the pressure to keep it all together. Julian knows what it’s like to carry the mental load while silently pushing through. That’s why she became a therapist: because no one should struggle alone. Therapy with Julian offers you space to catch your breath, regain clarity, and rebuild a life that feels more like your own.

Sessions with Julian are grounding, spacious, and centred around your story. Her approach is warm and steady, but also focused on action. She helps you slow down, untangle the stress, and build real tools to feel more grounded, more in control, and more like yourself. She’s not here to just nod along—you’ll work together to create strategies that actually stick, helping you quiet self-doubt and take meaningful steps toward the life you want.

Outside of therapy, Julian finds balance by staying active and spending time in nature. Whether she’s on the trails, playing sports, or connecting with loved ones, she values movement and meaningful relationships as part of her own self-care. She’s intentional about carving out space for both connection and solitude—the same sense of well-being and self-compassion she encourages in her clients.

Q&A

If you were stranded on an island, what three things would take with you?
I’d bring my family to keep my loved ones close, my pup to enjoy a fun, free life on the island, and a survival kit with a sturdy knife for gathering resources, a waterproof fire starter to create warmth and cook food, and a satellite phone in case I need to call for help.
What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Getting dressed up, going for a stroll in the sunshine while looking good—it’s the perfect mix of relaxation and enjoying the moment.
If you could time travel to any moment in history, when and where would you go?
If I could time travel, I think I’d visit the Renaissance period. There was such an explosion of creativity, art, and scientific discovery that helped shaped the world. It would be amazing to witness the birth of so many groundbreaking ideas firsthand.
