Lighter: to make fire a lot easier. Portable water purifier: to ensure access to safe drinking water. Solar-powered satellite phone: a way to communicate and call for help.
How do you describe therapy?
Therapy is an opportunity to better understand who you are—even the blind spots or the parts of yourself that you may not want to examine.Therapy is a process whereby one is able to talk about issues and problems that they are facing in a safe and non-judgemental manner with a trained professional therapist/counsellor.
