Q&A

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
My favorite thing to do on a sunny Sunday afternoon is to relax at home, perhaps open the windows to let in the fresh air, and enjoy some quiet time with a good book or music. I love trying out new recipes and cooking a meal to share with family or friends. It’s also a great time to unwind and reconnect, whether it's exploring new interests or just enjoying the simple comfort of being at home.
If you could time travel to any moment in history, when and where would you go?
If I could time travel to any moment in history, I would choose to visit ancient Egypt during its peak. I am fascinated by their remarkable achievements in architecture, philosophy, and culture, which laid the foundation for many aspects of modern society. Experiencing the grandeur of their structures, the depth of their spiritual practices, and the wisdom embedded in their way of life would provide invaluable insights into how cultural traditions and intellectual advancements have shaped the world we live in today.
What song do you have on repeat right now?
Right now, I’ve been listening to 'Rise Up' by Andra Day. It’s such a powerful anthem of resilience and hope. It’s a reminder to embrace our inner strength and rise above challenges, which really resonates with the work I do as a therapist.
