Let’s chat about how you’re feeling exhausted, confused and maybe “emotionally numb.” You’re experiencing anxiety like you’ve never felt before, can’t sleep, and maybe your sense of self is slipping away. Meet Heidi—a compassionate therapist dedicated to guiding individuals through their journey of healing and personal growth. With specialization in trauma, grief, and major life changes, she provides a safe and empathetic space for individuals to explore the complexities of their emotions. Heidi’s approach is rooted in understanding, helping individuals build resilience, and fostering a sense of empowerment. Through her therapeutic expertise, she’ll confidently transform your challenges into opportunities for positive change.
Being in therapy with Heidi feels like having a cup of tea and a deep, relaxing sigh together. Heidi understands from her own experience that suffering trauma and loss can leave you feeling out of control. Things that used to be easy are now overwhelming and you can’t seem to find your focus. Heidi works with you to gain or restore a sense of order so that you can step into your life with confidence and self-compassion. You will leave each session knowing that she has joined you in your experience— that you’ve been heard, understood and encouraged. We will work together to find the right starting points, and we will always go at your pace.
When Heidi isn’t in session, she enjoys snuggling with tuxedo cat Crombie & white fluffy dog Winston. She enjoys a good book on a Sunday afternoon, knitting easy things for her kids, walking alone or with good company, and yoga-ing in her plant-filled sunroom. Heidi loves connecting with her friends and family and you will often find her coffee-ing in shops to have chats about life and fun.
