Meet Estie

Estie is here to support you in navigating the twists and turns of life's transitions, working through relationship challenges, and establishing healthy boundaries. With her guidance, you'll gain confidence and clarity as you embrace change, understand your emotions, and develop new ways to cope. She is especially passionate about supporting women’s well-being at all stages of life, from navigating prenatal and postpartum challenges to managing stress, hormonal changes, and the pressures of daily life.

Estie believes that you are the expert of your own story and approaches sessions holistically and empathically. She creates a safe space for you to feel empowered to share your experiences. Estie believes building a strong therapeutic relationship through open communication is essential to your journey and will work with you to create realistic goals that address your specific needs. Estie tailors her approach to each individual's unique needs so they can feel comfortable moving through therapy toward their goals. Together, you and Estie can use different tools, such as emotion tracking, mindfulness, and tuning into physical sensations, to explore and manage your emotions.

Outside of sessions, Estie enjoys spending time outdoors, baking, listening to live music, and watching reality TV shows. She also likes creating arts and crafts projects and having dance parties with her family. She believes practicing self-care is also important and tries to find time in her daily routines for mindfulness and breathing exercises. Going for a walk while listening to a podcast is her favourite way to unwind!
