Dimple is a registered social worker with 6 years of experience supporting adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, ADHD, perfectionism, sleep problems, grief and loss, and trauma. Among other issues, she can help you navigate challenges related to ADHD such as organization, execution, focus, and goal-setting.

Dimple acknowledges and validates what you’re experiencing from an anti-oppressive, strength-based approach. She’ll help you become your best self through psychoeducation and an integrative therapeutic approach. Dimple has an exceptional ability to understand your challenges through a cognitive behavioural therapy framework. She also uses motivational interviewing to help you harness your ability to navigate challenges.

Dimple believes that you have the capacity to overcome your challenges. She’ll provide continual guidance and support as you navigate your mental health journey.
