Meet Daniella

Daniella is a compassionate and skilled Registered Psychotherapist who brings a holistic approach to her work with adults navigating mental health challenges, particularly those intensified by chronic pain, brain injury, and neurocognitive disorders. With a strong foundation in cognitive and dialectical behaviour therapies, Daniella specializes in supporting clients with ADHD, ASD, and executive functioning difficulties, guiding them through life's transitions, school, career, and relationship dynamics. Her focus is on helping individuals build emotional resilience, self-regulation skills, and thrive in all aspects of life.

In sessions with Daniella, you'll find a nurturing, client-centered environment where your unique experiences and challenges are met with empathy and openness. She tailors each session to your individual needs, empowering you to cultivate emotional wellness and gain practical strategies to overcome obstacles such as anxiety, depression, or navigating relationship complexities like attachment and co-dependency. Daniella is deeply committed to creating a supportive, collaborative atmosphere where you feel heard and understood, guiding you toward lasting change.

Outside of her work as a therapist and ADHD/ASD coach, Daniella is a passionate advocate for holistic wellness. She is currently pursuing studies in naturopathic medicine, integrating this knowledge into her practice to offer a more comprehensive, mind-body approach to healing. Whether she’s recharging through volleyball, climbing, or hiking, Daniella finds peace in nature and continually seeks new ways to bring balance, joy, and holistic healing to her life—and to yours.

Daniella’s unwavering dedication to lifelong learning and her commitment to both mental and physical well-being make her a unique therapist who blends traditional psychotherapy with holistic practices to foster long-term growth and healing for her clients.
