Christin is dedicated to guiding individuals, couples, and new parents through the multifaceted journey of relationships and parenting, weaving his deep connection to the South Asian community into his work. He understands that navigating the early stages of parenthood, redefining relationship roles, or coping with significant life changes like divorce can feel overwhelming. With Christin's culturally attuned support and practical guidance, clients gain the confidence and tools to overcome challenges and build meaningful, resilient bonds.
In sessions, Christin fosters a calm, non-judgmental space where clients can openly explore their emotions and behaviours. He believes that trust and genuine connection form the cornerstone of effective therapy and approaches each interaction with empathy and insight. Christin’s goal is to help clients identify their strengths and develop personalized coping strategies that reflect their unique cultural backgrounds and personal values.
Actively engaged in his community and church, Christin frequently leads workshops that offer additional layers of support and learning. Fluent in English, Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam, and Kannada, he creates an inclusive and accessible space where clients feel seen and heard.
Outside of his practice, Christin finds joy in reading, outdoor activities, and spending quality time with family and friends. His passion for sports and his curiosity about different cultures enrich his perspective and add depth to his work as a therapist.
