Cassandra is a registered social worker who has over 30 years of experience working with people at every stage of life. She can support you with anxiety, relationships, work/life stress, burnout, parenting, family issues, substance use, grief and loss, and depression.
Cassandra brings compassion, humour, and a relaxed but sincere approach to therapy. She will fully accept you and your experience, and will help you find ways to live your best life.
