Q&A

What is your favourite thing to do on a Sunday afternoon?
Spend time with my family! I always make homemade pizza on Sundays and we eat it watching a movie all together. It’s a nice moment of calm, stability and connection before the week starts.
If you could eat one thing for the rest of your life what would it be?
Veggie burritos. With guacamole and the somewhat controversial cilantro.
What does good mental health look like to you?
Good mental health to me looks like self awareness of emotions and our reactions. Seeking support when needed and recognizing that support is needed at times. Being able to understand and honour our needs and set boundaries that respect those needs. Taking time to recharge and carving out time to do things that fill our cup.
