Breeanna is a registered social worker who works with individuals of all ages. She specializes in supporting people with generalized and social anxiety, mood disorders, phobias, obsessive-compulsive behaviours, and self-esteem. Breeanna has worked in hospitals, school boards, non-profit organizations, and private practices.
Breeanna’s approach to therapy is trauma-informed and strength-based. She can help you identify your personal strengths instead of focusing on your perceived deficits. She pairs evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection, compassion, and at times humour, to make lasting positive change. She’ll remain by your side to help you navigate your challenges and guide you to be the best version of yourself.
Breeanna was born in Prince Edward Island and now considers Toronto her home. Breeanna is a Toronto sports fan, competitive board game enthusiast, mystery lover, and devoted dog mom to her playful Aussie-doodle, Dex.
