Meet Adrienne

Whether you're navigating the complexities of a relationship or seeking individual growth, Adrienne is dedicated to guiding you. Individually or together with your partner, Adrienne supports you in identifying struggles, setting goals, and crafting flexible plans to achieve them. She creates a safe space for both partners to use semi-structured sessions to proactively address relationship issues and enhance your bond.

Adrienne offers a compassionate and non-judgmental approach to overcoming the impacts of past trauma and moving towards a brighter future. She understands that substance use often masks deeper issues and works with you to explore and address these underlying causes. With a focus on using researched, effective, and safe techniques, Adrienne helps you create a life free from the constraints of past challenges.

A session with Adrienne is a safe space for discussing and exploring your experiences and emotions, including any trauma you may be facing. Her warm personality, quirky sense of humour, and ability to build genuine relationships brings a calming presence to every session. Whether in couples counselling or individual therapy, Adrienne provides a supportive sanctuary to openly explore challenges. She integrates a holistic approach, checking in with both your mind and body, and utilizes proven EMDR techniques to help you process trauma safely and effectively, guiding you towards a place of hope and liberation.

When she's not in sessions, Adrienne enjoys painting, diving into mystery novels, tending to her veggie garden, and chauffeuring her children to their extracurricular activities. Planning her next warm travel destination is another favourite pastime. Adrienne also loves hiking, biking, and rollerblading to keep up with her energetic children. If you have any additional suggestions on how to keep up with their lively pace, she'd love to hear them!

Q&A

What song do you have on repeat right now?
My Spotify has been hijacked by my daughter - all Taylor Swift, all the time!
What's something unique about you?
I taught myself how to knit on one of my parental leaves. My favourite things to knit are hats and blankets for infants.
If you were stranded on an island, what three things would take with you?
Soooo much water (have to keep hydrated!), some music, and a super fluffy towel for after a swim. I am clearly hoping it is a warm island :)
