Meet Our Ottawa-Area Therapists

Ottawa has its own particular kind of stress. The weight of work you can't always talk about. The performance that comes with living in a city built on policy and power. The career that defines your identity a little more than you're comfortable admitting. Whether you're a public servant, a student, a newcomer, or someone who's just had a hard time finding the right therapist in a city where the good options fill up fast, we're here. Our therapists understand what this city asks of people, and what tends to get left unaddressed.

Why is online therapy a better alternative to in-person therapy?

  • It's convenient, accessible and perfect for busy schedules.
  • You can book sessions during the day, at night, and on weekends.
  • You can engage in therapy from the comfort of your own home.
  • You gain access to a broader selection of expertise, cultural background and language preferences.

There are over 1000 therapists in Ottawa. With Shift Collab, you don't have to search further.
